    A Tale Of Two Halves

The Noles started out strong as we saw 'Good Drew" looking sharp in the first quarter. He morphed into "Bad Drew" or just average Drew for the rest of the game. The important thing is that the Noles did get their seventh win which is one more than they had in the regular season last year. Preston Parker looked good in the backfield if you can ignore his fumbles. You have to wonder how he could find holes while Antone Smith has generally not been able to have the kind of day Parker had against Maryland.

The Seminoles seem incapable of having a complete game. I suppose that will be an issue to address in the future as this season winds down. The inability of the team to convert third downs and score TDs within the red zone will also hopefully be at the top of the issues to be addressed. A pleasant surprise was the lack of penalties by FSU.

Although "Big Mo" was wearing red and white for most of the second half, the momentum by the Terps was not enough as the Nole defense showed resolve at the end.
